feel it all.
A monthly journey through breath, sound, and one artist's catalog at a time.
Every month, a different way inward.
Feel It All is built around the belief that the right music, in the right room, paired with practices on presence, breath, and somatics is a recipe for coming home to oneself.
Every month, we build the entire evening around a single artist— their sound, their world, and the specific feeling only their catalog can reach. Some evenings center on breathwork; others center on deep, sustained listening. The practice shifts with the artist and the music, but the room stays constant: safe, unhurried, and designed to help you access whatever you're actually carrying.
VOL. 5:
A Frank Ocean Deep Listening Journey
SEPTEMBER
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25TH • 7PM - 8:15PM • THE FOUNDRY, CAMBRIDGE, MA • $35
Deep Listening is a simple but powerful way of paying full attention to sound, named by composer Pauline Oliveros, and rooted in much older traditions of contemplative listening. It goes beyond ordinary hearing by inviting us into presence with music, silence, the body, thoughts, and the space around us.
Frank Ocean’s music is intimate, spacious, and emotionally nuanced. It makes us feel something. It also offers room for silence, reverb, and subtle detail making it a rich soundscape for Deep Listening.
On September 25th, we invite you to not just hear a curated journey of his music, but actually sit in presence with it, listen to his sound in every possible way, and stay with whatever it makes you feel.
You can expect: A journey through Frank's discography, curated from start to finish. Light breathwork woven throughout to help you “drop in”. Guided sonic meditation. Low lights, hi-fidelity sound, no phones.
The music curates the energy of the experience. Every artist, the placement of every song — blended with breath or somatic listening — is chosen to meet you where you are and offer an opportunity to process, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
