Source Method is not your typical breathwork experience.
Source Method is a modern, music-driven breathwork experience designed to help your nervous system downshift. By combining guided breathing with thoughtfully curated music, from artists that you know and love, each class is built to help you release stress, reset your body, and leave feeling clearer and lighter.
What to expect:
A 60-minute fully guided experience [no breathwork or meditation experience needed]
Modern, immersive music that supports the flow of the session
Focused on helping your body release tension, your mind relax, and you to drop back into the present moment
You’re always in control. We guide you, but your body sets the pace.
What this ISN’T:
An intense healing journey among strangers — no pressure to release trauma in front of anyone.
Physically demanding — we prioritize your nervous system and comfort over “forcing a release.”
Background music — each class is moved by thoughtfully curated tracks from artists you know and love, designed to guide a full, immersive experience that moves you.

A 60-minute experience built to help you release tension and quiet your mind before the week starts , with dynamic, modern music that supports energy release and regulation.
Best for: Feeling stressed, restless, overwhelmed, or overthinking.
“Source Flow”
Select Sunday Mornings @ The Foundry, Cambridge
A slower-paced, grounding 60-minute experience focused on balance, calm, and nervous system support. Feat. gentle music that moves you & time to journal at the end.
Best for: People craving balance, calm, or a mindful reset prior to a new week.

Hi! I’m Sabrina.
I’m the founder of Source Method® and will be your facilitator for our January - February schedule.
I discovered breathwork in 2020 after losing my dad, father-in-law, and job all within six weeks. It helped me process my grief and completely shifted how I relate to myself and the world in a way that was truly life-changing. I knew I had to share this work with others, so I got certified in 2021 and have been facilitating ever since!
I deeply believe everyone deserves to experience the transformative power of breathwork. At Source Method, our mission is to make breathwork modern, approachable, and even fun, and be a space where anyone can reset, release, and feel more like themselves.

No! We guide you through everything, and you stay in control the whole time.

Bring a yoga mat (or something to lie down on), a light blanket in case your temp. shifts, and wear clothes you can breathe in!

Conscious connected breathwork may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, seizure disorders, severe anxiety, or other medical concerns. Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you have any concerns.

Regardless of the class type you chose, every class will begin with an overview of the technique + what to expect. Followed by a short guided meditation into a 25 minute Source Method breathwork session to modern music.
“Source Flow” classes will end with time for journaling + reflection.
